Properties
- Highly flexible
- High expansion capability and elastic recovery
- Special non-woven fabric coating
- Substrate requirements: Clean, dust-free and capable of supporting a load.
- Preparations: Remove projecting seams and mortar remains. Break off or chamfer corners and edges. Remove gravel packets and fill cavities. Refer to the current Technical Data Sheet for detailed information on the single products.
- Apply waterproofing material as an adhesive and embed the tape so that it is fully pressed down with no bubbles. Depending on the waterproofing product used, the 2nd and 3rd layer of waterproofing is applied over the entire surface.
- The permissible application temperatures depend on the product properties of the waterproofing products used. Apply the waterproofing material crosswise in relation to the tape. The tape must not be damaged.
- For cutting: scissors or knifeFor waterproofing: roller, wide brush or spreader
- Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.
- Virtually unlimited when stored dry at room temperature and protected from direct sunlight.
- As needed
- The current technical regulations must be observed. Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately. The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work. Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.
- The product must be disposed of in accordance with the official regulations.
