- Substrate requirements: The substrate must must be dry, clean, capable of supporting a load, free from loose parts and residues of dust, release agent, oil and grease.
- Preparations: Use a high-pressure cleaner to thoroughly remove dirt, etc. from the existing substrate. Then clean by sweeping and allow the surface to dry.
- Stir well before using. Apply material evenly by brush or roller. Only apply in dry weather and at temperatures of 10 °C or above. Apply a second coat if necessary depending on the substrate.
- Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required. Check the colour and the adhesion to the substrate by applying to a trial area. Do not allow water to pool. When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number as slight differences in colour, gloss and texture may occur. During processing and for at least 12 hours after application, do not allow any additional moisture to enter the reaction process.
- Paintbrush or lambskin paint roller Clean tools, equipment and any splashed material immediately with water while still fresh.
- If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.
- Approx. 170 ml/m² per coat depending on the surface condition
- Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
